Our Development Team is expanding and looking for fresh blood - we’re currently looking for an iOS Developer, who will help us build outstanding digital products for our clients - from exciting startups to established enterprises

How can you grow with us?

  • You can work on various projects for clients of different backgrounds, both business and consumer-targeted;

  • We’re probably one of the only companies where you can work on legal tech, companion apps for hardware, education, fintechs and solutions for managing vessels. And that’s only a small part of what we do;

Responsibilities

  • You will create iOS mobile apps, from time to time using React Native;

  • You will participate in meetings with clients to define and understand the business concept of the application you’re building;

  • You will create user interfaces based on mock-ups prepared by our Product Designers;

  • You will test your code, write some documentation, estimate some work and… oh you know the drill :)

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience or proven track record of using iOS in commercial projects.

Tech skills:

Passion for programming.
High code quality;
Very good knowledge of iOS;
Practical knowledge of Swift and Objective-C;
Some basics of JavaScript with React Native;

Soft skills:

Ability and will to share your knowledge with more junior members of the team;
Attention to detail.
Fluent Polish and excellent English (C1) - we work internationally, so that’s a must;
Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills - we are a team and we want you to be a part of it!

Should I join your company?
Yes, definitely.
What about working remotely?
Of course, you can choose to work remotely as a Developer. However, you’re always welcome at our Warsaw office to work with the whole team! Designers, QAs, PMs, Sales and the back office work from our HQ and have options for remote work!
What is the coding task?
The task requires writing a micro application — it is not a purely algorithmic task, but a real application, where we check coding skills. It is then evaluated by our development team, after which we send you feedback.
What does the company structure look like?
We have 8 teams: Development, QA, Project Management, Design, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, HR.
How is the architecture defined on a project?
We work on projects with the client on a partnership basis — our team advises clients on how the application should be developed. Senior Developers deal with project estimation.
Will I be working directly with the client?
Depending on the project, our developers participate in standups, reviews and calls, while Project Managers are responsible for direct contact with our clients.
