Our HR Team is expanding and looking for fresh blood - we’re currently looking for an experienced IT Recruiter, who will find outstanding candidates and help us grow.

How can you grow with us?

  • You will work directly with our HR Manager as a part of a great in-house team, which will give you a real impact on how the company is growing;
  • You will have the chance to recruit internal candidates for Startup House, both for technical (Developers, QA, Design) and business-oriented (PM, Sales) roles;
  • You won’t hear that we’re “the leader in our industry’, “we’ve got a great and talented young team of professionals” or any of that great corporate language (even if that’s true);
  • You will be trained to master your skills in the most rapidly growing industry - IT and startups, what’s more exciting than that?

Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment process through different sources and at all stages (sourcing, screening, face to face interviews) for open positions;
  • Creating and posting attractive recruitment ads;
  • Developing a quality relationship with all recruited candidates and follow-up the process of integration in the company;
  • Participating in the creation of the best recruitment practices in the IT recruiting industry :) 
  • Assisting the HR department with all daily activities.

Requirements

Experience:

1 - 2 years of related recruitment experience - preferably in IT;

Soft skills:

Perfect time and task organization - you will be handling many candidates at the same time - you need to be organised;
Creativity - there’s always a way to find the right candidates and better solutions;
Ease in relations management - you know people, how to talk to them, how to make them like you;
Selling skills - you need to be able to convince, be business-savvy and goal not process-oriented :)
And yes… you have to be able to write this type of ads better.
Fluent Polish and at least C1 in English - we work internationally, so that’s a must;

Should I join your company?
Yes, definitely.
What about working remotely?
Of course, you can choose to work remotely as a Developer. However, you’re always welcome at our Warsaw office to work with the whole team! Designers, QAs, PMs, Sales and the back office work from our HQ and have options for remote work!
What is the coding task?
The task requires writing a micro application — it is not a purely algorithmic task, but a real application, where we check coding skills. It is then evaluated by our development team, after which we send you feedback.
What does the company structure look like?
We have 8 teams: Development, QA, Project Management, Design, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, HR.
How is the architecture defined on a project?
We work on projects with the client on a partnership basis — our team advises clients on how the application should be developed. Senior Developers deal with project estimation.
Will I be working directly with the client?
Depending on the project, our developers participate in standups, reviews and calls, while Project Managers are responsible for direct contact with our clients.
