The challenge
Exhibit Potential is a well-established company in the expo booth industry, which wanted to create a digital platform that would enable them to incrementally expand their reach. We were asked to help and guide the creative process that would take the idea into a real product, as well as to prepare an investment strategy for the fundraising process.
The solution
Having defined the challenge, next we made steps to understand the current process and come up with a functional digital prototype. Over the course of three days, we conducted a workshop based on the Design Sprint methodology but prepared in a way that was possible to be done remotely, which was a must considering the distance between Poland and California. During the first day, we dove deep into the needs of both present and prospective customers and mapped the current process with all of the involved parties. The second day was purely about the ideation, using multiple exercises we focused on finding the solution. The last day was about giving shape to the solution, we created first sketches of the product, which in the following days were converted into a working digital prototype, together with one of the screens used for displaying possible directions for the visual design phase.

Results
During the workshop, we were able to analyze the needs of both the end-customers and Exhibit Potential. We mapped all the necessary functionalities and prepared a functional digital prototype along with the investment strategy.
