Goal Definition & Alignment
It takes us 2 days to days to complete Phase 0 of our process. By the end of the process, our Product Manager and Growth Designer will have aligned goals and a Vision Map Business Model ready.

Research & Interviews
During Phase 1, a Growth Hacker will join the team. Through Knowledge transfer Discovery interviews, Opportunities will be mapped and prioritized (OST) after four weeks.

In Phase 2, we will work in two-week intervals. During each iteration, most important opportunities are verified and sprint reports are delivered.

Can you adjust workshops to my needs?
Yes. Before we offer you a workshop, we need to examine your concept and research done so far. Once we have a general understanding of your business, we can prepare a customized workshop offer to answer your and your project’s needs in the best possible way.
Do I have to know what my growth opportunities are?
No. Our process’s primary goal is to give you a concrete growth opportunity. It is our job to find them. You don’t need to prepare anything special. Our process is self-efficient - we start with understanding your vision, making a deep dive and generating growth opportunities.
Do I need to be there for the workshops, or can we conduct them remotely?
Our workshops can be fully remote. We are used to working with clients worldwide, so getting all the stakeholders in one room proved to be tricky more than once. That's why we also conduct a fully remote process (along with user interviews and usability testing). We facilitate workshops using Miro, which gives us all the possibilities of cooperation we need.
Do you work only with startups at the Series A stage?
No. We love building startups from scratch as much as we love supercharging them at further stages of their product development journey. However, these particular services are recommended for startups at late seed/Series A+ funding stages. Our experience shows that you have to have established market-fit and rapid growth to fully benefit from them.
What is the difference between the design sprint and the design sprint for scaleups?
The major difference between design sprint and design sprint for startups is that we give you a true growth opportunity instead of just an insight. Therefore, you are almost ready to jump straight to the implementation and begin your road to faster growth. We’ve altered the design sprint methodology in a way to bring immediate value. We don’t want to improve the UX, we want to give you a true chance for growth.
Who should be a part of the opportunity mapping process?
First of all - you and optionally all stakeholders involved in the project! Workshops can be a great team-building tool that helps build trust and an open-minded approach. From the SDH side, the Product Manager and Growth Hacker, Growth Designer and Tech Leader.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope and the stage at which your project is. The best way to calculate the price is to schedule a short call with us to discuss your needs and prepare the offer. However, you should expect a level of costs around 10-15k/monthly.
