About the client
First Engineers is a next-generation HR consulting company. They provide RPO and consulting services for tech-based companies around the world. A part of what they do is candidate sourcing and screening which starts on their platform.
The challenge
The solution
We went for a super-slick and minimalistic design where the content was the main player. The form was the outcome of functional requirements which were of paramount importance. We worked on several iterations of wireframes and then applied the final UI layer on top.
Clarity of information and focus on the content were our north star.
Results
Our collaboration with First Engineers resulted in a clear, mobile-optimized website with a recruitment module integrated with LinkedIn. The website is ensuring a constant flow of skillful candidates while also providing clients with a clear overview of the company’s services.

The world of startups often requires being on the move, so we put a major focus on making the website as mobile-friendly as possible.

Conversation is one of our most important values and a habit we support at every stage of our development process. Communication is executed through digital tooling so the context is never lost. We use Slack for chat, Jira for planning, and Github for code reviews and discussion.
