Introducing large innovations in a company is a spectacular event. It’s an opportunity to boast to our colleagues and superiors that we have implemented something fantastic and to make the competition jealous. I’m also convinced that without innovative action, which results in creating new services and value for the customer, it is impossible to think about the progress of our company.

How is the need for innovation born at a large company? What is the similarity between corporations and start-ups? And is every organization prepared to face the challenges that arise when creating new services?
